What materials do you use to make the jewelry?
All my jewelry is made with high quality, carefully selected materials. Each piece is made with either fine silver (.999) or sterling silver (.925). When incorporating gems and stones, I use semi-precious stones.

Please read product descriptions to find the exact materials used. 

How can I get my ring measurement?
If you don't know your ring size, the best way to get measured is to go to a local jewelry store and get your measurements.

If you prefer to do it at home measure your finger with a string. Wrap the string around the base of the intended finger, and then mark where the string overlaps. Put the string against a ruler, and get the length in millimeters.

After finding this measurement, use the conversion chart below to find the corresponding ring size. If the size of your finger below the knuckle drastically differs in size from the knuckle itself, measure your knuckle as well and choose a size that falls more in the middle of these two measurements.

It is recommended that you do the measurements at least 2 - 3 times to make sure it is accurate.

What if I don't like my jewelry after I received it?
No problem. I value your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you can either return it for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please return it in the same condition you have received it.

If it's a piece of jewelry that was custom designed for you (i.e., a bespoke jewelry), unfortunately, I will not be able to give you a refund. However, I will work with you to fix the issue to your liking. 

What if I ordered the wrong size?
If you ordered the wrong size, you can return it for an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please return the jewelry in the same condition you have received it.  

Do you make custom or personalized jewelry?
Unfortunately not at this time. However, I plan to do so in the near feature. Please subscribe to my email list at the bottom of my website to get notified when I start making custom or personalized jewelry. Adding your name to the distribution list will also ensure that you get news and updates.

How do I care for my jewelry?
To lengthen the life of your jewelry, good care is crucial. Silver tarnishes over time naturally. To keep your jewelry shiny and beautiful, you should take it off when you wash your hands and when you put hand lotions.

Additionally, you should wash your jewelry with warm water and mild soap. Give it a buff with a jewelry cleaning cloth to remove tarnish and bring its shine back.

How long does it take to process my order?
Once you place your order, I will make your piece of jewelry just for you. This process will take me about 14 days. This is in addition to the shipping duration.

How will my order be packaged?
If you are buying jewelry for yourself or for someone special, your jewelry will arrive in my signature jewelry box. It will be shipped in a shipping box to protect it during transit.
